Greetings! We are now on Day 33 of the 100-Day Challenge. I hope this note finds you well and that you’re excited about the results you have created to date!

This week we are going to focus on The Four Basics. As we progress, we often forget to take the time to “Sharpen the Saw” and pay attention to the key elements that supported us in the first place.

Every great athletic feat has been accomplished by ensuring that the foundational elements are solid. We, too, have great feats to accomplish so let’s make sure we are grounded in the four elements, or basics, that really matter!

Take some time to review your activities. It is time well spent. Here’s to your success and together we’ll make a difference one step, one mile at a time!
