Did you meet your goals or not? And why? These exercises will help you answer those questions.

Part I

Close your eyes. Breathe in and out deeply for a few minutes. Visualize yourself missing your goal at the end of the 100 days. Notice how you feel … the disappointment, frustration, anger, embarrassment, etc. In thinking through the reasons for your failure, complete the following sentences:

The truth about why I missed my goal is _______________________________. If only I had _____________________________.

The truth about why I missed my goal is _______________________________. If only I had _____________________________.

The truth about why I missed my goal is _______________________________. If only I had _____________________________.

The truth about why I missed my goal is _______________________________. If only I had _____________________________.

The truth about why I missed my goal is _______________________________. If only I had _____________________________.

(e.g. followed the plan, continued with my daily habits, engaged in the four basics, had the courage to call my chicken list, stopped listening to others, etc.)

Part II

Close your eyes again. Breathe in and out deeply. Visualize yourself reaching your goals. Visualize it in detail. See the impact and the difference you have made for others, the possibilities you have created, the legacy you have built. And again, notice how you feel … the excitement, joy, pride, anticipation for the future, response from others, recognition, etc.

Now take a moment to answer these questions:

The truth about why I reached my goal is because I ____________________________.

The truth about why I reached my goal is because I ____________________________.

The truth about why I reached my goal is because I ____________________________.

The truth about why I reached my goal is because I ____________________________

The truth about why I reached my goal is because I ____________________________.

(e.g. played full out, trusted myself, worked closely with my upline, trusted the plan, followed a system, stuck with it, treated it as a business not a hobby, etc.)

Be honest and understand that you have clearly revealed what steps you need to take to make your goal a reality. You understand yourself best, so trust what you learned. Have the courage to step into those actions and JUST DO IT!
