Exciting Update: Permanent 30% First Order Bonus in North America!

We’ve been listening, and what we’ve heard is that you love the new 30% promotional bonus on all new orders. We’ve also heard that our leaders would like the 10% that was previously paid out to the upline enroller’s enroller during the 30/10 promotion to be rolled into the Unilevel structure, allowing those commissions to be fairly paid out through CV to the entire upline.

So, starting October 1, 2025, Mannatech will be making the 30% First Order Bonus a permanent part of the compensation plan in North America. Each new Preferred Customer or new Associate’s first product purchase will pay a 30% bonus on the entire subtotal to the enroller.  All subsequent orders will not qualify for the 30% First Order Bonus.

In addition, each new order will also have CV (Commissionable Volume) applied, so that all leaders can earn Unilevel bonus on those same orders. The CV amount will vary by product.

This boost focuses rewards on your direct enrollments, empowering you to earn more while growing your team.
