Over the years you’ve told us what you wanted from a Mannatech subscription. We listened — and we took the time to get it right. We built an entirely new subscription system from the ground up, put it through a comprehensive beta pilot with customers and Associates, and used what we learned to work through every detail — from how a delivery is scheduled to how a price is shown. Today it’s ready for you, and we’ll keep listening.

The new Subscribe & Save is live. It brings the products you love, quantities, dates, shipping address, and payment together on one clean dashboard in your Storefront account — and adds the things you’ve been asking for: flexible delivery frequencies, a clear picture of your upcoming orders, one-time add-ons — plus so much more we think you’ll love.

Already have a subscription? There’s nothing you need to do. Your current subscription keeps running exactly as it does today — now that Subscribe & Save is live, and after. We won’t move it or change it for you — that only happens if you choose to. If and when you’d like to try the new experience, a short guided wizard moves everything over in about a minute, keeping your products, your rewards standing, and your next order date intact. Prefer to stay where you are? That’s completely fine. Moving to Subscribe & Save is optional, and the choice is always yours.

Your dashboard will show your upcoming deliveries in advance, including what’s scheduled to ship, so you can review your order before it’s processed. Your dashboard: the next delivery, when it processes, what you’ll pay, and what you’re saving — before anything is charged. Your future deliveries, in order. Each one lists the products, quantities, the date it processes, and how long you have to make changes. Watch your discount grow. See which rewards tier each upcoming delivery will be priced at, how many orders until you reach the next tier, and when your next free gift arrives. Your price, up front. Every delivery shows the tier discount applied, Mannatech Money earned, and any points redeemed — before it’s charged. A heads-up every time. Before each order processes, we email you the address, the date, your change-by date, and the card we’ll use. Change anything and we’ll send the updated details again.

Mannatech Money, on autopilot Turn on auto-apply and your available Mannatech Money balance covers one-time add-ons automatically with every delivery. No manual redeeming each month, and points never sit unused long enough to expire. Switch it on once under Settings on your Subscribe & Save dashboard — and you stay in charge: turn it off anytime, or adjust how many points go toward a specific upcoming delivery (or skip them for that one) right from the delivery itself.

Mission 5 Million Every Subscribe & Save delivery helps provide PhytoBlend™ powder for children in need. It happens automatically: Mannatech matches what you purchase and donates the servings on your behalf — you are never charged for the donation. Your Subscribe & Save dashboard shows the servings your own orders have provided — counting from your first order on the new system — so you can see the impact your own wellness goals are making for children in need.

Already subscribed on our previous system?

Moving over is optional and takes about a minute — our intelligent migration wizard walks you through every step. Everything that matters comes with you:

Your products	Every item in your current subscription that’s in our catalog, at the same quantities. They move over on a monthly schedule to match what you have today — change any product to every 2 or 3 months afterwards from your dashboard.
Your rewards standing	Your completed orders count toward your tier, so your discount rate carries over — or moves up. Your tier stays with you.
Your next order date	Once you’ve moved over, your next Subscribe & Save order keeps the date from your previous subscription, so nothing shifts. Have more than one? They come together into a single delivery on the soonest of those dates — and the migration wizard shows you the exact date before you confirm.
Address & payment	You choose the card and shipping address during the move. We can add the address from your previous subscription to your account for you.

How the migration wizard works

Sign in, open Subscribe & Save in your account, and choose Migrate to Subscribe & Save on the banner at the top. Then it’s three short steps:

Quick answers

Do I need to do anything?

No. Your current subscription keeps running as it is. Preview the new Subscribe & Save whenever you like, and move over only if and when you’re ready.

Will my discount change?

No. When you move over, your completed orders count toward your rewards tier, so you keep your current rate — and if you’ve earned a higher one, you move up.

What if one of my products isn’t available?

The wizard will point it out. Everything else moves over, and you can keep managing that item in your Mannatech Office just as you do today.

When am I charged?

On your processing date, using the card you chose. You can make changes right up until the day before it processes; after that, changes apply to the following order. We email you before every charge.

How does Mannatech Money work with Subscribe & Save?

You earn Mannatech Money on every Subscribe & Save order, with a bonus at higher rewards tiers. To spend it, add a one-time item to an upcoming delivery and apply your points — or turn on auto-apply in Settings once, and we’ll put your available balance toward add-ons with every delivery. It’s the easiest way to make sure your points get used, without remembering to redeem them each month.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your dashboard — one product or all of them. Cancelled subscriptions stay listed for a while so you can reactivate with a click.
