📞 Customer Service Hours Update – Effective April 2026

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to Customer Service hours for the US and Canada call center.

Beginning in April 2026, the call center will only be open on the last Saturday of each month. This adjustment is intended to streamline operations while continuing to provide support during key times.

🗓️ The remaining Saturday operating dates for 2026 are as follows (unless otherwise communicated):

April 25
May 30
June 27
July 25
August 29
September 26
October 31
November 28
December 26

⏰ Outside of these dates, the call center will maintain its regular weekday hours.
