There are so many Associates who are well on their way to becoming Presidential Director, and the hard work they have put in hasn’t gone unnoticed. In fact, we want to help push them across the finish line in accomplishing this great feat with the 2021 Presidential Growth Promotion.

Purpose:
We want to reward those Associates who are qualifying for Gold Executive Director, Presidential Director, Senior Presidential Director and Bronze Presidential Director rank for the first time in the past 12 months and who maintain their qualification at the same rank or higher for two additional months.

Timeline: The duration of this promotion is from May 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Markets: All markets with the exception of Korea.

Here’s How it Works

 Gold Executive Directors
Any Associate who reaches Gold Executive Director rank for the first time in the past 12 months (Highest Leadership Level) will qualify for a one-time payment of $500.00 USD. If the Associate maintains their Gold Executive Director rank (or higher) for an additional two consecutive months, they will receive another one-time payment of $500.00 USD.

Qualification for Gold Executive Director

  • PPV: 150
  • DPV: 20,000
  • Max Leg DPV: 13,000 (65% Rule)
  • Minimum Number of Active Legs: 3
  • Minimum Leader Leg Point: N/A

 Presidential Directors
Any Associate who reaches Presidential Director rank for the first time in the past 12 months (Highest Leadership Level) will qualify for a one-time payment of $1,000.00 USD. If the Associate maintains their Presidential Director rank (or higher) for an additional two consecutive months, they will receive another one-time payment of $1,000.00 USD.

  • Max Leg DPV: 26,000 (65% Rule)
  • Minimum Number of Active Legs: 3

Senior Presidential Directors
Any Associate who reaches Senior Presidential Director rank for the first time in the past 12 months (Highest Leadership Level) will qualify for a one-time payment of $1,250.00 USD. If the Associate maintains their Senior Presidential Director rank (or higher) for an additional two consecutive months, they will receive another one-time payment of $1,250.00 USD.

  • DPV: 60,000
  • Max Leg DPV: 40,000 (66.6% Rule – Not an Actual Rank)
  • Minimum Number of Active Legs: 3
  • Minimum Leader Leg Point: N/A

Bronze Presidential Directors
Any Associate who reaches Bronze Presidential Director rank for the first time in the past 12 months (Highest Leadership Level) will qualify for a one-time payment of $1,500.00 USD. In addition, if the Associate maintains their Bronze Presidential Director rank (or higher) for an additional two consecutive months, they will receive another one-time payment of $1,500.00 USD.

2021 Presidential Promotion Exclusions & Exceptions
Associates that qualify for any of these ranks mentioned above in the month of April of 2021, will be eligible for this promotion. However, their first payment will be processed with May’s Commission Run. In addition, Associates that qualify for this Promotion in November and December of 2021, will have the opportunity to earn their second payment by maintaining their rank until January and February of 2022 respectively. Qualified Associates outside of North America will be paid in their own “Local Currency” based on each month’s average exchange rate.

具体实施办法

 金级执行总监
过去 12 个月内首次达到金级执行总监资格的经销商（最高领导级别）将有资格获取一笔 500.00 美元的一次性奖励。如果经销商另外再连续两个月（一共连续三个月）能保持金级执行总监或更高级别，则可以获取另一笔500.00 美元的一次性奖励。

2021 总裁晋升不适用条件和例外情况
2021 年 4 月达到上述其他等级的经销商都有资格参与本次晋升奖励。但是，首次付款将与五月佣金一起处理。此外，如果在 2021 年 11 月和 12 月满足本次晋升要求的经销商将级别分别保持到 2022 年 1 月和 2 月，还有机会获得第二笔奖励。北美地区以外的合格经销商将根据“当地货币”的月平均汇率进行支付。

De hecho, queremos ayudarlos a cruzar la meta final para alcanzar este maravilloso logro con la Promoción 2021 de Crecimiento Presidencial.

Propósito:
Queremos recompensar a aquellos Asociados que están calificando para los rangos de Director Ejecutivo Oro, Director Presidencial Sénior y Director Presidencial Bronce por primera vez en los últimos 12 meses y que mantuvieron su calificación en el mismo rango o superior por dos meses adicionales.

Calendario de tiempos: La duración de esta promoción es del 1.o de mayo de 2021 a 31 de diciembre de 2021.

Promoción 2021 de Crecimiento Presidencial y Techo de Avance de Niveles Presidenciales
Las ganancias máximas para la “Promoción 2021 de Crecimiento Presidencial” en conjunto con el “Bono de Avance de Niveles Presidenciales” en una sola cuenta, es de $2,500.00 dólares al mes.

Exclusiones y Excepciones de la Promoción Presidencial 2021
Los Asociados que califiquen para cualquiera de los rangos mencionados anteriormente en el mes de abril de 2021, serán elegibles para esta promoción. Sin embargo, el primer pago se procesará con las Comisiones de Mayo. Adicionalmente, los Asociados que califiquen para esta Promoción en Noviembre y Diciembre de 2021, tendrán la oportunidad de ganar su segundo pago al mantener su rango hasta enero o febrero de 2022, respectivamente. Los Asociados Calificados fuera de Norte América recibirán el pago en su propia “Divisa Local” con base en el promedio mensual del tipo de cambio.
