Mannatech Launches Two New Senior Leadership Levels, Cash Promotion

Mannatech is excited to announce new leadership levels – Senior Executive Director and Senior National Director. The launch of these new leadership levels also coincides with an Achiever cash promotion, where qualified Mannatech Associates will have the opportunity to earn extra cash to put in their wallet for reaching these new levels during BP9-BP11, 2015. These new leadership levels and the cash promotion are for the North American Market only.

Achiever Cash Promotion

The Leadership level that will be used for the purposes of this promotion is the Associate’s Leadership level attained in Business Period (BP 7), 2015. The Associate must maintain or exceed this baseline Leadership level to be eligible for this promotion.

Qualified Mannatech Associates who reach or maintain Senior Executive Director during BP 9 through BP 11 will qualify to receive an additional $350 per Business Period, and qualified Associates who reach or maintain Senior National Director during the promotion period will qualify to receive an additional $150 per Business Period. The cash promotion will be paid out on each Business Period that the new level is maintained during the promotion period (BP9-11).

Achiever Promotion – Senior Executive Director

A Senior Executive Director is an Associate who meets the criteria of National Executive plus the following criteria:

  1. Associate must reach 40,000 Group Point Volume (GPV) or more in a Business Period.
  2. Group Point Volume follows the 65/25/10 rule as seen in the Mannatech Career and Compensation Plan for Executive Directors.
  3. Associate structure must have three (3) legs with two (2) of those legs having two (2) or more National Directors.

Achiever Promotion – Senior National Director

A Senior National Director is an Associate who meets the criteria of National Director plus the following criteria:

  1. Associate must reach 12,000 Group Point Volume (GPV) or more in a Business Period.
  2. Group Point Volume follows the 65/35 rule as seen in the Mannatech Career and Compensation Plan for National Directors.
  3. Associate must have two (2) legs with two (2) Regional Directors in each of the two legs.
