A Message from Landen Fredrick, President and CEO

You may have seen recent reports about other companies announcing their transition from traditional multi-level marketing (MLM) to new affiliate marketing models. While we carefully created a separate affiliate company approach to expand our market reach, I want to assure you that Mannatech stands firm in our commitment and belief that the MLM model is and will remain the cornerstone of our success. Over the past 30 years, we have worked with you to build a company that offers uniquely efficacious Glycan based products while also offering individuals an opportunity to build a business.  Our commitment is evidenced through our mission statement where we state that we are “…fostering a culture where the entrepreneurial spirit thrives.”

To paraphrase Richard Bliss Brooke, a direct selling icon and advocate of network marketing and the MLM model, network marketing provides individuals an opportunity to create an ongoing business through their own vision, courage, and determination.  This sentiment resonates deeply with our mission and the legacy we are building together.

Mannatech is more than just a company; it is a legacy. My father J. Stanley Fredrick, a visionary in direct selling and Mannatech’s Chairman of the Board, invested in this company 23 years ago because he believed in the model’s power. He believed in protecting and nurturing it, and as a family, we are dedicated to preserving this model. We are committed to ensuring that this business, built on the principles of Capitalism, the free enterprise system and personal empowerment, continues to flourish for generations to come.

Not unlike you, I envision passing this legacy on to my children, who also share our commitment to the network marketing model. Our company embodies the entrepreneurial spirit that our country was built on, and together, we are creating a future where anyone with vision and courage can achieve lasting success.

Aunque hemos desarrollado cuidadosamente un enfoque de compañía afiliada independiente para ampliar nuestro alcance en el mercado, deseo asegurarles que Mannatech se mantiene firme en nuestro compromiso y creencia de que el modelo MLM es y seguirá siendo la piedra angular de nuestro éxito. Durante los últimos 30 años, hemos trabajado con ustedes para construir una empresa que ofrezca productos basados en glicanos de eficacia única y, al mismo tiempo, ofrezca a las personas la oportunidad de construir un negocio.  Nuestro compromiso se evidencia a través de nuestra declaración de misión donde afirmamos que estamos “…fomentando una cultura donde el espíritu emprendedor prospera”.
