Our Story
In the early 1990s, a scientist studying the active agent in Aloe vera knew he’d made a ground-breaking discovery. He isolated the key polysaccharide which sets Aloe apart from other plants; a long-chain polysaccharide called mannose. Acemannan is the chemical definition for mannose when it exceed 1 million Daltons in molecular weight.
