Mannatech Simplifies Bonuses and Career Path by Removing All-Star Requirements in U.S. and Canada
Mannatech has discontinued All-Star requirements that will simplify how Associates can earn bonuses and progression on the career path, while ensuring the company is in full compliance with regulatory mandates. This change went into effect for Associates in U.S. and Canada as of Business Period 2 (Saturday, January 16, 2016).
This change removes the requirement to be an All-Star to achieve full payout of the compensation plan. The advantages of removing All-Star requirements includes:
- Associates are no longer required to renew as an All-Star to be a leader in the career path of Mannatech’s compensation plan
- Preferred Customers are now able to reach any leadership level of the Mannatech career path
- Associates can Enroll four All-Stars in three Business Period’s for Power Bonuses even if they are not an All-Star
- Associates will not have to be an All-Star to get the higher payouts in the Direct Bonus program
- All Associates will get the same reward for all enrollment activities
- The All-Star requirement is removed for Associates to receive the three percent (3%) Auto Order Bonus
- All Associates will earn the full 20 percent (20%) Member Bonus
The All-Star requirement discontinuation has the following specific changes to the bonus program and the leadership levels.
Leadership Levels
The requirement of All-Star status will be removed for all leadership levels as of Business Period 02-2016. For example, a current Associate with Preferred status would previously not be able to rank above Regional Director, but can now achieve National Director Level or above. All-Star packs are no longer required.
Direct Bonus
The current Two-Tier Direct Bonus structure payouts will be revised as of Business Period 02-2016 to a single tier payout structure.
Note that there will be no changes made to the Generational Direct Bonus payout.

Member Bonus and Member All-Star Bonus
As of Business Period 02-2016, the first Qualified Associate who sponsors a Member will receive a 20% Member Bonus on the Member’s product purchases.
Currently, the first qualified Associate who sponsors a Member will receive a 15% Member Bonus on the Member’s product purchases. In addition, if the first qualified Associate is also an All-Star Associate, they qualify for an additional 5% additional Member All-Star Bonus for a maximum total bonus of 20%.
Automatic Order Bonus
As of Business Period 02-2016, the All-Star requirement for the Automatic Order Bonus will be eliminated. The AO Bonus will be paid to the enroller if they are a qualified Regional Director or above; otherwise, the AO Bonus will be paid to the first upline qualified leader – Regional Director and above – in the line of sponsorship regardless of renewal status.
Please note that there will be no changes in the AO Bonus percentage payout and it will remain at 3% of the product(s) purchased at the Associate cost.
Personal Power Bonus
As of Business Period 02-2016, the All-Star requirement for the Personal Power Bonus will be eliminated. The Power Bonus will be paid to the enroller who enrolls four (4) All-Star signups within three (3) Business Periods and is qualified with their own personal Qualifying Order(s).

寰泰決定取消美國及加拿大的全明星帳戶級別以簡化直銷商的獎金制度及創業發展方針,同時配合及遵守政府的規範與要求。這個簡化方案針對美國及加拿大的直銷商們從第二個商業週期開始生效﹝二零一六年,一月十六日,星期六﹞。
有了這個新政策之後,不再需要維持全明星的帳戶級別以獲得高的介紹費,或者提升領導等級。此簡化方案的好處包括:
- 從創業方針的如何升級或者獎金制度的如何獲得較高的獎金而言,直銷商們不再需要為了維持全明星的帳戶級別而做一年一次的年度更新。
- 非全明星直銷商們,從今開始也可以上寰泰創業方針的跑道,成為全國總監,執行總監及總裁總監。
- 您不是全明星也沒關係,只要您在三個商業週期裏介紹四個全明星的新帳戶,您現在也有資格獲取個人加速成長獎金。
- 所有的直銷商們皆能獲得所有的介紹費。
- 介紹人獲得百分之三的自動訂單獎金,全明星的要求條件取消。
- 所有的直銷商們也都可以爭取百分之二十的會員獎金。
- 菁英級直銷商們,從今開始有資格爭取任何寰泰創業方針的領導等級。
取消美國及加拿大的全明星要求條件,對於獎金制度及領導等級有下面這些改變。
個人加速成長獎金
目前的兩層次個人加速成長獎金將合而為一,從二零一六年的第二個商業週期開始,個人加速成長獎金將只有一個層次。
請注意,世代直接獎金將維持原狀,沒有改變。
領導等級
從二零一六年的第二個商業週期開始,持有全明星級方可合格的所有領導等級,都將廢除全明星級這個條件要求。打個比方,從今起菁英級的直銷商們也可能成為全國總監及全國總監以上的領導,購買全明星級套組及年度更新的要求已經不再是成為全國總監領導,執行總監領導,及總裁總監領導的必要條件。

會員獎金及全明星級會員獎金
從二零一六年的第二個商業週期開始,今後合格的第一位直銷商上線們,可獲得會員消費總額的百分之二十的會員獎金。
目前,合格的第一位直銷商上線們可獲取會員消費總額的百分之十五的所謂會員獎金。如果這些合格的第一位直銷商上線們屬於全明星級,他們還能獲取額外的百分之五的會員獎金。因此全明星級的第一位合格直銷商上線們能夠獲取總共百分之二十的會員獎金。
自動訂單獎金
從二零一六年的第二個商業週期開始,獲得自動訂單獎金必須保持全明星級帳戶的條件也已作廢。自動訂單獎金將付給介紹人,如果介紹人是合格的全國總監或者全國總監以上的領導等級;否則此自動訂單獎金將轉發給第一位合格的上線 – 持有全國總監或以上的領導等級,無論有沒有完成年度更新。
請注意,自動訂單獎金的比率不變,仍然是直銷商花費額的百分之三十。
個人加速成長獎金
從二零一六年的第二個商業週期開始,獲得個人加速成長獎金必須保持全明星級帳戶的條件也已作廢。個人加速成長獎金將發給在三個商業周期間介紹四個全明星的介紹人,如果此介紹人有足夠的個人合格積分與訂單。
